Isn't it funny how you get back in touch with people you barely got to hang out with in school and 14 years later, you can pick up a conversation just like that? That's what happened Saturday night when Erin, Lindsay and I got together at La Hacienda for some drinks. We had such a great time catching up in the almost 3 hours that we were there. It was so nice to be an "adult" for an evening and relax. It makes me sad that we didn't hang out like that in high school, but my goodness, things sure change when you have been out of school so long. You grow up. You realize the people that you get along with now, are not necessarily the people you really hung around with in school. Heather is still my best friend and probably always will be, as will Alisha. But, it is so much fun getting back together and learning more and more about those that those two people who I considered friends back in high school! I look forward to Heritage Days ladies!!
