Restful weekend

It has been a nice and restful weekend here for us. Friday night we did our "usual" of going out to eat with Mom, Dad, Christy, and Shelley. It was nice to spend time with all of them and then go back to Mom and Dad's and relax for several hours, while Aunt Christy wore out Mason.

Today the three of us went to Sedalia and ran some errands. Mason rode in the shopping cart at Wal-Mart while we got some groceries. By the end of our trip, he was surrounded by food! Daddy and Mason spent some quality time together while I attended a friends baby shower this afternoon. She, too, is having a little girl. It was a lot of fun to see all the pink stuff that she received. It makes me sad that Reagan won't have her own "shower", but she is already showered with a lot of gifts already! :)

Have a great weekend!

Easter

EASTER 2008

Mason and Mommy looking for Easter Eggs at Grandma and Grandpa Klein's house!

Our Easter started off early. And I do mean EARLY. We got up and went to sunrise service at church at 6:30 a.m. Mason was easy to get up. He got to see what the Easter Bunny brought him before going to church. He was dressed in a blue dress up outfit that was his cousin Bronson's. He looked so cute and was an absolute doll! Mason loved church and prayed quite a bit in his own way. During communion, Kevin pointed out to me the stained glass window's at the front of the alter. The sun was rising and shining in the windows. It was absolutely beautiful and a wonderful testimony to God's great beauty.

After church we headed in to my parents house to celebrate Easter dinner with my family. After a delicious dinner we hid Easter Eggs for Mason. Even though it was COLD, Mason loved it! He had a great time finding the Easter Eggs with brand new quarters in them from Aunt Christy. Grandma Dianne, Aunt Christy and Aunt Shelley had a great time spoiling Mason with a lot of candy, DVD's and stuffed animals. He loves his stuffed "maows" (cats) from Aunt Shelley!

Welcome!

Welcome everyone! I thought a blog would be a great way to keep in touch with family and friends and allow everyone to see what is going on in our lives. We hope you enjoy our blog spot and be sure to drop us a line or two to let us know how you all are doing!
